4Site are seeking a hands-on Working Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations on a high-end residential site based in Central London. You’ll manage the team, ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard, while also getting involved in the physical work as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the on-site team.
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards and within deadlines.
- Monitor health and safety compliance.
- Assist with site tasks when required.
- Communicate with project managers and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to lead a team and work alongside them.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
