Based at our busy Trilogy office, you will join our tight-knit team, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and assistance with their queries, orders, and concerns. Your interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be the key drivers of your success in this role.

Key aspects of this role include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication and problem resolution

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate product dispatch

• Collaborate closely with the sales, operational and logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions and efficient customer service

Who you are

• Previous experience in customer service

• A logistics background is desirable but not essential

• Proven track record of multi tasking with the ability to prioritise your workload

• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Strong IT skills and flexible approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment

• Self motivated with the desire to learn new skills and knowledge of our industry
