Job Advert Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their expanding team, covering the London area. The BDM will focus on growing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. The role involves promoting their diverse portfolio to the aesthetics and beauty sectors, with a primary focus on the aesthetics market.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Drive sales through strategic planning in alignment with the marketing strategy.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to maximize growth within your area.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and team members to ensure continued growth.
  • Support in-store events and on-site training as needed.
  • Attend trade conferences and events to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive new business initiatives.

Essential Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Sales experience, preferably within the medical aesthetics or advanced skincare industry (other relevant experience considered).
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Motivated self-starter and team player.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and IT skills (Outlook/MS Office).
  • Results-driven and capable of developing new business.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • On-the-road commercial experience.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably within the healthcare, aesthetics, or skincare sectors.
  • Knowledge and affinity with the advanced skincare market.
  • Understanding of sell-in and sell-through principles and practices.
