Excellent opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join a multimillion-pound organisation in a day’s role offering complete industry training and progression into Production Manager.

An ideal applicant will have production team leadership / supervisory experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience working in the manufacturing / heavy engineering sector.

Following a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a Production Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

In this position you will autonomously run a team of 35 and be responsible for their continuous coaching & development. You will oversee production schedules & champion health & safety, whilst identifying and driving areas of improvement on-site.
