With over 50 years of experience, we represent the cream of the acoustics industry and offer bespoke electronic solutions and certificated products. Our products range from microphones and earphone speakers to custom cable assemblies, electronic switches, and sensors for various applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electronics Engineer at Pambry Electronics Ltd in Poole. The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for electronic engineering, circuit and PCB design (audio products, test equipment, communication equipment), and liaise with customers and suppliers.

Required Skills:

  • Design of electronics hardware in both analogue and digital domains (Audio products, Test equipment, communication equipment.)
  • Circuit and PCB Design
  • Create Design Requirements and Specification Documents, Test plans
  • Embedded C Programming
  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

Desirable:

  • ATEX
  • Knowledge of product design standards including EMC and safety, CE, UKCA compliance
  • I2C, UARTs, Bluetooth, USB
  • Experience of designing for industrial & military environments
  • SolidWorks 3D CAD skill
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 QMS standard

Package:

  • 37.5 hours circa £34K-£43K DOE + profit related bonus (~£200pcm).
  • 20 days holiday, increases to 23 after one year.
  • Long term position, grow with company.
