Are you Domestic Electrician from the private sector or within social housing. Are you living near Basingstoke or Guildford? We're seeking a Electrician to work within Responsive and Planned works on both tenanted and void properties carrying out remedial works on anything from a faulty Light socket to installing a new domestic shower, or installing new lights in communal areas.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day repairs on tenanted/void properties
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, referring complex cases to senior staff when needed.
  • Foster positive customer relations, upholding a reputation for excellence.
  • you'll conduct inspections, testing, and complete repairs, including bathroom and kitchen upgrades and property rewires.
  • Contribute to emergency callouts on a rotational basis.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Complete apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical installation work.
  • Hold relevant 18th edition Electrical qualification plus AM2/ NVQ level 3
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within 1.5 hrs of home base
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Desire to learn and support apprentices and trainees, contributing to team growth.
