Job Title: Regulatory Solicitor
Location: Cardiff, Hybrid
Salary: DOE and PQE £40K - £65K
Hours: Full Time

A Top Tier modern Leading Legal 100 law firm is looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor. They are considering applications from NQ to 10PQE. This firm's workforce has grown by more than 500 while still retaining the nurtured culture.

DAY TO DAY
You will be joining a team of other experienced solicitors representing businesses and organisations in various regulatory and criminal law issues.
You will be providing guidance to businesses of all sizes on fulfilling their regulatory obligations. Handing professional regulation cases and manage both contentious and non-contentious licensing matters.
* Handle criminal advocacy and prepare cases effectively.
* Conduct prosecutions in relevant legal matters.
* Offer regulatory guidance to organisations and public entities, particularly in health and safety, and environmental protection.
* Address issues related to professional misconduct.
* Advise tribunals on legal proceedings.
* Engage in contentious matters related to alcohol licensing
EXPERIENCE:
* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent minimum 3 years PQE.
* Criminal Advocacy and case preparation in at least of the above practices
* Supervising and managing a team - Beneficial.
