Production Labourer

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Production Labourer to work a 4 day week with weekends off, to join a well-established leading manufacturer at it's Pulborough site near to Storrington.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced, heavy industry production role or as a labourer within a manufacturing environment.
What's in it for you as a Production Labourer:
- Hourly rate of circa £12.04 per hour to start, increasing with training and development opportunities that will be made available
- x 42.5 hours per week = £511.70 per week
- Work 4 days a week only with weekends off
- 42.5 hours per week, 4 days a week only, split across a 2-week rotating pattern:
- Week 1: Mon to Wed 6am-5:30pm then Thursday 6am-4pm (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon off)
- Week 2: Tue to Thu 6am-5:30pm, then Friday 6am-4pm (Saturday Sunday off)
- Temp to perm opportunities available for the right individual
- Ongoing training is provided to upskill further.
Main duties of the Production Labourer:
- Working with building products as part of an existing team
- General labouring duties within the assembly and setting team
- Manual handling of building products and various other building materials
- Working to a daily/weekly schedule.
Requirements of the Production Labourer:
- Worked within an production environment or as a Labourer on site
- Operation of hand tools, and lifting of heavy materials
- High level of concentration
- Excellent attention to detail.
