A London based charity are looking for a new Permanent HR Business Partner to lead a certain client group in the organisation. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working with a start from September.

Description
A HR Business Partner to:
- Support in the delivery of the HR strategy by leading key objectives with your client group
- Support your own client group with true partnering activity
- Ensure delivery of a customer focused approach
- Provide coaching and upskilling of the wider HR team where required
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Coach and advise managers
- Lead on L&D plans for your client group, assessing training needs and development opportunities
- Work closely with the specialist teams, including recruitment for any resourcing needs
- Introduce new initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning to increase talent mapping
- Drive HR initiatives
- Review current HR Processes and procedures to ensure they are up to date
- Manage employee relations and additional processes
- Develop new employee relations procedures
- Lead on any change management programs
- Lead on a variety of HR projects
- Lead on employee engagement and organisational development to embed the organisational culture and values
Profile
A HR Business Partner with:
- Previous not-for-profit experience desirable
- Able to start from September
- Previous experience of developing new processes
- Previous HR Partnering experience
- CIPD Qualified desirable
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment

£50-60,000 per annum on offer
