An established property and construction consultancy are looking for a dynamic Graduate Building Surveyor to join their thriving Manchester team.
The Graduate Building Surveyors' role
The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of exciting projects across sectors including commercial, education and heritage.
The Graduate Building Surveyor will also develop professional skills such as defect analysis, party wall advice, dilapidations, technical due diligence and condition surveys.
This is a fantastic position for a dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor who's looking to kick start their career within a progressive consultancy that will support them through their APC.
The Graduate Building Surveyor
The Graduate Building Surveyor will ideally be a self-motivated and ambitious individual.
- BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- Any relevant work experience is a bonus
- Eager to complete APC and become a Chartered Surveyor
