Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Located: Essex
Salary: Circa £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

The Role:
- Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will have full responsibility for 5 warehouse operatives in a multi-temperature warehouse. Other duties will include.
- Warehousing Best Practice – Including H&S (team and food), compliance and standards
- Manage employee performance, including disciplinaries and promotions.
- Warehouse capacity planning, stock rotation and minimising wastage.
- Oversee maintenance of any warehouse-related vehicles and equipment.
- Work closely with Purchasing & Production to ensure all materials are available.
Requirements
- Warehouse Management experience within a Food manufacturing environment
- Team leadership and development skills
- FTL license
- Ideally Advanced Excel- must know V-lookups and pivot tables.
