Caretaker/Maintenance

Monday - Friday 8am till 4pm. This is a permanent position paying up to £25,000.00 PA
We are recruiting for an experienced Caretaker/Maintenance Operative who is friendly, motivated and hard working. You will be assisting management in the provision of an effective service with the day to day running, working in close conjunction and co-operation with local residents.
Brief Duties:
- Attend briefing with line manager & site staff to receive any previous day issues
- To be conversant with all year site maintenance, health and safety scheduled programs.
- To be conversant with all door/gate entry systems and report any concerns
- To report any internal and external maintenance issues
- Refresh/deep cleaning duties
- To attend all site and head office training/meetings as and when required
- To ensure all online E Learning modules are completed
- To proactively look at ways to improve standards
- To assist with the monitor of all contracts on site on Health & Safety
- Basic maintenance repairs to development when required
- Painting and Decorating
- Basic Maintenance Skills
