The Role:

Leo Technology are working with a tight-knit SaaS company who specialise in providing integration solutions to the retail industry. Their software has been developed to handle large scale products and configurations as well as processing high-volume card payments. Their customer base includes national and multi-national businesses, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a broad range of super exciting projects!

Due to continued success, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team and focus on the onboarding of new customers. In this role, you will sit within the Customer Operations Team and will be responsible for the delivery of software and management of the pipeline of active projects. You'll focus on customer onboarding and training experiences, and will also be involved in the configuring of the platform for new customers.

This is a really excellent opportunity for someone who's experienced managing software projects in client facing environments. This is a company who prioritise culture and personal / professional growth and development!

The Person:

• 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager in SaaS / software-centric environments
• Client facing experience is highly desirable
• An understanding of website integration technologies is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills

Interview Process:

• 1st stage - Video Interview
• 2nd stage - Face to face interview with the hiring team
