Procurement Manager / Estimator / Sales

CPR Recruitment is seeking a talented individual to fill the critical role of Procurement Manager/ Estimator/ Sales with a growing steel fabrication & installation company. Location: West London

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent position

Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Hybrid working available when necessary)

Start Date: This role is immediately

Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers to establish reliable sources for materials and services.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favourable pricing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to meet production needs.

Estimating:

• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Present estimates and proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

Sales Development:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Develop sales strategies and promotional materials to effectively communicate our offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Experience: Estimating, or sales, preferably within the fabrication or manufacturing sectors.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
