My client is an established construction group who specialise in the building, refurbishment and maintenance of affordable and social rented properties for Housing Associations. They have the following requirement:

• The refurbishment of 32 flats over 2-storeys with works including Cavity Wall Insulation, Windows, Doors, Loft insulation, Ventilation, External decoration, roof renewal

Duties to include:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site
• Responsible for health and safety and managing sub-contractors
• Ensuring the client's needs & requirements are met
• Delivering project to timescale, ensuring work is carried out to the highest possible standard
