Remuneration: up to £50,000 + 10% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Paving Products will involve:

• Field sales role promoting our clients manufactured  range of concrete paving products such as; block paving, precast walls & floors, columns & beams, concrete tanks, flagstone, masonry and associated products
• Majority of your time will be spent managing independent builders merchants
• & buying groups
• The remaining portion of your time will be focused on stimulating demand / selling to main contractors, regional housebuilders, developers, hard landscaping contractors, groundwork contractors, developers and architects
• Turnover target roughly £2m
• Will inherit circa £500k worth of accounts
• Reporting directly to General Manager

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Paving Products with:

• Must have field sales experience in the heavyside sector
• Ideally sold related paving, landscaping, concrete building products such as; block paving, precast walls & floors, columns & beams, concrete tanks, bricks, hard landscaping products, ready-mix concrete and associated products
• Ideally have contacts within independent builder merchants / buying groups such as: Fortis & NBG
• Ideally experience in stimulating demand with main contractors, hard landscaping contractors, groundwork contractors
