About the role:

As a KS2 Teacher, you will inspire and engage children aged 7-11, helping them build strong foundations for future learning while creating exciting and innovative lesson plans tailored to students’ individual learning styles. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking, provide excellent pastoral care to ensure every student feels supported and valued, and work collaboratively with a team of passionate teachers, contributing ideas and expertise to our vibrant teaching community. This full-time, long-term position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of your students while progressing your own teaching career.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Passion for teaching and learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and track student progress, providing detailed feedback to pupils and parents.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Support pupils with varying abilities and learning needs to ensure every child reaches their potential.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
