Location: Worcester (Blackpole)
Shift: Monday to Friday – 10:00 pm to 6:00 am - £14.20/hour
Contract Type: Full time - Temp to Perm

- Set up, operate, and monitor automated machinery and robotic systems according to production schedules and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and robots to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that products meet established standards.
- Proven experience operating automated machinery and robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
