TIG WELDER - CIRCA £15PH - LOTS OF OVERTIME ALL @ 1.5X!
An engineering company in Halstead are looking for a TIG Welder to join their team. If you have any experience TIG welding, then this could be a great next step for your career as the company can offer further help and training to develop your skills!
The company are an engineering firm that design and manufacture systems, and are looking for a new welder to join their team. The company can offer lots of overtime all paid at 1.5x rate!
Hourly rate for this position will be circa £14ph but rates will be dependent on previous experience. Some specific training can be provided too which will result in higher rates in the future!
Welding duties include:
- TIG welding on aluminium and stainless steel
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Welding between 1-6mm
- Some fabrication when required
- Stick to health and safety policies
You will be TIG welding aluminium & stainless-steel parts & components, so TIG welding experience is essential to be considered. However, some further training will be provided to up skill you.
This is a permanent role, subject to a successful 3 month probation period.
