Location          Coleshill, Birmingham, B46 1HG
Rate                 £12.80 - £13.80 p/h + holidays  (33 days – 25+ 8BH) 
                        Rate equivalent to £26,624 - £28,704.00
Contract          Temp to permanent
Hours              Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Our client is seeking a Customer Order specialist to deal with order entry, invoicing, purchase order handling, management of new orders and services deliveries. Supporting internal sales activities as needed.
 

• Responsible for efficient and timely order management duties
• Effective and efficient order handling
• Placement of purchase orders on factories and sub-suppliers
• Ensure timely responses to business information and support requests
• Develop relationships with customers to meet or exceed their expectation
• Invoicing, chasing payments and debtors.
• Inventory management and logistics for service spare parts.
• Achievement against set KPI’s and agreed personal objectives
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all related administration to ensure accurate forecasts to be made.
• Supporting the needs of the business for future growth

Requirements of the Customer Order Specialist:-

Able to to work on your own initiative as well as on your own.
Good communication skills required
Able to contribute to the end to end sales process supporting the sales function
Able to work to deadlines
Self motivated and pro-active
Able to work in a busy environment
SAP experience desirable although the client will train
