A family-owned contractor with almost 20 years under their belt, this quality business delivers multi-disciplinary solutions for refurbishment projects, working across numerous sectors including commercial, industrial, public sector, leisure and industrial to name but a few.

The Mechanical Project Manager will effectively manage projects from inception to completion and take in the full scope of works to include site visits, surveys, designs, negotiations, procurement, commissioning, installations etc. 

Quality of service is a big deal here.  As the vast majority of work is via word of mouth, it is critical the Mechanical Project Manager has the ability to liaise effortlessly with clients and ensure they are satisfied with the work, making certain schemes are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

What are we looking for?

• A Mechanical Project Manager with considerable experience of managing mechanical installations on a range of projects
• Proven experience of managing engineers on site
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness
• Knowledge of the London / South East market
