We are seeking a Production Operative to join a manufacturing team in Wilton, Salisbury.
Location: Wilton, Salisbury
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Thursday
Hours: 07:00 AM - 5:15 PM
Salary: £11.44 / hour
The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Making and pouring mixtures into casts
- Sanding and assembling final products
- Correct use and maintenance of tools
- Working both independently and as part of a team
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Full training and PPE will be provided.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experinace working as a Production Operative
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Reliable and punctual
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work to targets and deadlines
