We have an exciting oppourtunity to work for a leading FM provider on one of there Goverement contracts in Basildon. 

We are on the lookout for a Cleaning Supervisor to join the team working on multiple sites across Basildon and the surrounding areas on a permanent basis.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a annual salary of £26.000 to £27,000 depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 1hr Lunch 

You will be responsible for supervising the cleaning team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract. You will also be the first point of contact on Management of Waste, Pest Control and Landscaping Services. 

This will be a mobile role covering multiple sites. A company vehicle will be provided therefore a full clean driving licence (valid within the UK) is essential.

Who are we looking for? 

Experience of Industry/public services (essential)

Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations. (essential)

COSHH Knowledge

Understand basic Health and safety principles.

Ability to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning.
