Internal Communications and Engagement Executive

Working alongside our Head of Internal Comms you’ll play a major role in bringing our purpose to life for our team. Whether it’s Getting Stuck In with coordinating activities and campaigns, Creating Smiles with engaging content and storytelling, to showing how much We Care For Each Other by playing a leading role in our wellbeing, team voice and L&D initiatives. This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy to manage your own campaigns. As the Internal Comms & Engagement coordinator, you’ll be managing a number of comms and engagement projects at the same time. This could be organising the latest fundraising activity with our Charity partner Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Charity, supporting our B Inclusive (I&D) Board plan our Pride Campaign to working with our Marketing team to excite our team about our latest Ads.
Creating and sharing news stories and content for our numerous internal comms channels will also be a big part of the role and you’ll need to work closely with our comms champions on each of our resorts to produce and share consistent content. There will be buckets full of opportunity to stamp your mark and make a difference to how we do things, not only across our support function in Hemel but also across our three resorts.
About You
This is a really exciting role for a pro-active, well organised and creative individual who really wants to get stuck in. Having experience of an Internal Comms role or similar is not essential, however you should have excellent writing and proof-reading skills as well as being able to manage multiple projects at once. As this role sits within our People team function, you should always operate with discretion and confidentiality. We’re a small comms team so there will be plenty of opportunities to take a leading role and manage your own projects – exciting right?!
