As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

* Provide 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilites and help children meet their developmental milestones.
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Participate in off-site learning opportunities, supporting the children in varied settings.
* Build strong relationships with students and staff to prioritise progress.

You will:
* Have experience working with children and a reference to support it.
* ENHANCED DBS or willingness to obtain one.
* Live local to Hemel Hempstead or within a commutable distance.
