Role: Medical Records Administrator

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Located: Sheffield

Hours:- 37.5 hours per week

Contract: 4 weeks temporary

Our client is looking to recruit a Medical Records Administrator to play a key role in managing medical records, enabling seamless referral progression, and supporting clinical staff. You'll be responsible for scanning, uploading, and maintaining medical records, ensuring accuracy, compliance with GDPR guidelines, and meeting key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify and upload medical records.
  • Manage workstream inboxes and records.
  • Meet KPIs and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively address challenges.

The successful Candidate:

  • Strong communication and IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt.
  • Knowledge of key systems (Cisco Finesse, UCCX).
  • Data Entry experience or similar role.
