Job Opportunity: MEP Manager / Technical Services Manager / Project Manager
Large Residential Projects (Leeds)
We are excited to announce a significant opportunity in Leeds involving three large residential schemes, each consisting of 200+ apartments. We are actively seeking experienced MEP Manager / Technical Services Managers (TSM) / Project Manager to join the team, either on a freelance or permanent basis, with a potential start date within the next 2-4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure compliance of Stage 4 & 5 MEP designs against specification and contract requirements.
- Oversee the successful delivery of large residential schemes, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Manage the commissioning process, ensuring all systems are correctly integrated and operational.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in large-scale residential projects.
- Strong ability to review MEP designs for compliance with contract specifications.
- Proven track record of project delivery and commissioning management on major residential schemes.
