Company Branding:

A medium sized House Builder are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a 6-month contract.

Job Duties:
  • Manage two low volume housing projects in Derby
  • Supervise and lead two small teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • First Aid certification
  • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
  • Valid Driving Licence
Education:

Degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in site management within the construction industry

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of traditional new build housing construction
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Health and Safety qualification
  • Previous experience working with medium-sized house builders
Working Conditions:

The role involves working on-site in Derby and may require occasional travel to other project locations within the East Midlands. The Site Manager will work full-time hours with occasional weekends depending on project deadlines.
