Sales Administrator

Our client, a forward thinking, diverse company, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their ever expanding team.
Your role will be to support their team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
Duties of the Role:
- Answering all telephone calls / dealing with all webchats
- Requesting quotes from installers / chasing installers for photos for the website
- Booking forms completed
- General office administration (ie. amazon orders, travel bookings, document scanning, daily post runs)
- Ensuring all documents are uploaded to the CRM
- Ensuring Policy documents are up to date
- Trustpilot review requests
Special Requirements:
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Excellent Word / Outlook / Excel
- Experience working with efficient CRM Systems
- Ability to blend into a small team with the ability to copy under pressure and work to deadlines
- Easy going, friendly nature with a sense of humour (essential)
