This will be to join a close-knit, well-established team and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow within a company.
Pay Rate: £11.44
Job Type: Temp-perm
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
The Role:
- To keep all spreadsheets and workbooks such as the whereabouts/Billing sheet/ Trackers/SharePoint etc updated.
- To upload all paperwork for the billing sheet so jobs can be invoiced.
- To deal with any invoicing queries and make sure these are rectified before billing cut off.
- To create SLD’s & update trackers.
- To add DFE’s for any jobs that are required.
- To keep all spreadsheets and workbooks such as the whereabouts/Billing sheet/ Trackers/SharePoint etc updated.

Essential skills & Knowledge
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work alone without constant direction
- Meticulous eye for detail
- The ability to confidently engage with colleagues across all departments
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be proficient in Microsoft programmes, including Excel.
- Be confident working with numbers and formulas.
Qualifications
GCSE English and Maths at grade A-C or equivalent.
