Are you a results-driven Home Manager with a proven track record of increasing occupancy in high-end care homes? Do you have a passion for delivering luxury care and elevating resident experiences? We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to lead a beautiful, well-established luxury care home in Worcester, with a specific focus on boosting private-paying occupancy.
About the Role:As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of this prestigious care home, with a clear objective of driving private occupancy growth. The home is already operational but needs an experienced leader who can take it to the next level. You will use your expertise to enhance occupancy rates while maintaining the highest standards of care in line with CQC regulations and the expectations of a luxury care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase private-paying occupancy by implementing successful marketing and community engagement strategies.
  • Ensure the home consistently delivers outstanding care that aligns with luxury standards and CQC requirements.
  • Develop and execute an action plan focused on occupancy growth, ensuring the home is a first choice for prospective residents.
  • Foster a welcoming and vibrant community for residents, families, and staff.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centered care.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, families, and local communities to support the home's growth.
  • Ensure the home operates effectively and efficiently, with a focus on business development and sustainability.
About You:
  • Proven track record of increasing occupancy in a luxury or private care home setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver exemplary care.
  • Experience in business development and marketing strategies that drive occupancy growth.
  • A solid understanding of CQC regulations and compliance, with a commitment to high-quality, luxury care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents, families, and the local community.
  • Passionate about providing bespoke, person-centered care in a luxurious environment.
