Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
£39,000 - £42,000 + Overtime

Your new role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Mobile role covering a portfolio of electrical maintenance work across a series of healthcare sites in St Albans.
- Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of electrical and building services equipment.
- General maintenance duties as and when required – emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Any relevant qualifications required e.g. Level 3 Award, C&G 18th Edition or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

- Pro-active in achieving the highest standard of operation – must be enthusiastic to deliver a good service to the Customer
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a small team of technicians/operatives
- Well-presented and approachable manner
