JGA are partnered with a leading business that are urgently seeking a HR & Office Administrator to join them on a maternity cover contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare offer letters and contracts for new employees and update HR system.
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
- Collect new employee starter forms and coordinated with Payroll and Regional Offices.
- Create and maintain accurate employee records.
- Performed general administrative tasks and filing, along with other assigned duties.
