A secondary school in Islington is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their team. If you have a background in behaviour management and are passionate about supporting students' development, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement school behaviour policies and support students with behavioural challenges.
- Provide one-on-one and small group mentoring to help students engage with their learning.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to create tailored behaviour support plans.
- Monitor student progress and document incidents effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
- Strong behaviour management skills and ability to build rapport with students.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
