Flexible People Ltd are urgently seeking a full time warehouse operative with a counterbalance licence for or client based in Droitwich (WR9).

This is a full time, Monday to Friday position & the shift timings are 1000-1900.

This role is for our well known, industry leading client that specializes in the distribution of wholesale cleaning products.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- To efficiently operate a Counterbalance forklift to move materials within the warehouse.

- To load and unload vehicles using a forklift.

- To transport materials to designated areas in the warehouse.

- To maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular counts and reconciling discrepancies.

- To inspect and perform basic maintenance on the forklift as needed.

- To adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

- To Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe workflow.

- To assist where needed throughout the warehouse. 

Our requirements:

- We require all candidates to hold a valid externally accredited Counterbalance licence and hold prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Pay rates are £12.17 per hour
