What You'll Do: As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly by:

• Collaborating with colleagues across all departments to ensure financial processes are followed.
• Managing and reconciling purchase invoices, supplier statements, and employee expenses.
• Handling supplier inquiries with ease, including multi-currency transactions.
• Preparing and submitting monthly payment runs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assisting in preparing reports and analysing data to support the finance team.

• Thrives in social settings and enjoys working with people.
• Holds relevant qualifications in finance (AAT, CIMA, accounting, etc.).
• Has proven experience in a similar role.
• Understands accounting principles and is adaptable to new finance software.
• Has experience dealing with suppliers and managing inquiries.
• Is committed to continually improving finance processes.
