Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated SEND EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This role involves supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including those with special educational needs, in a nurturing and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support that helps each child reach their full potential.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

  • SEN experience in supporting children with additional needs
  • EYFS experience with a strong understanding of early childhood education
  • Classroom experience in a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
