Project Overview:

• A specialist external restoration company is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee a commercial high-rise external project in Birmingham. The role involves managing a team of cladders and ensuring that work progresses smoothly, meets quality standards, and complies with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead cladding operations on a high-rise building.
• Oversee all on-site activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing external or high-rise construction projects.
• Familiarity with brickslip systems is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Freelance status and eligible to work as a contractor.
