Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager

£50,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Bonus Scheme + BUPA Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday

Workshop Based. Commutable from Westbury, Bath, Devizes, Frome, Warminster and surrounding areas.

Within this highly autonomous and valued role, you will head up the production team, bringing fresh ideas to optimize manufacturing and technical development as well as being hands on with setting up suppliers and maintaining existing relationships. This role would suit an ambitious Production Manager from an Engineering or Manufacturing background looking to accelerate their career.

The Role:

• Head up the production of pioneering products for the Oil and Gas industry.
• Set up and maintain supplier relationships
• Manage the workload of 5 technicians
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, flexi time

The Person:

• Production Manager from any Engineering / Manufacturing industry
• Mechanical or Electronic knowledge desirable
• Lives commutable to Westbury
