Boden group are currently working in partnership with a Building Surveying Consultancy who are currently seeking Stock condition surveyor with RDSAP knowledge to carry out Stock Conditions Surveys on a large housing portfolio in Kensington and Chelsea
Our client is a property consultant who is responsible for delivering a large programme of condition, and energy performance certificates, capturing information utilising asset management software on a tablet PC. This project is likely to last around 6 months
