Due to a vacancy within the company, our Mechanical Services Team are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their M&E team in the Northwest.
You’re looking at a £60k package with career progression.
You will be managing multiple commercial projects such as education and healthcare, plant rooms and retail and leisure with a value of £100k-£1 million.
These projects include refurbishment, maintenance and installation works, working closely with a team of estimators, subcontractors and varying team sizes.
If you’re wondering who you’d be working for, they’re a well-established Mechanical, Electrical contrator. They have looked after planned & reactive maintenance, for over 20 years.
