Warehouse Manager (Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Manager for one of our distribution warehouses in Gosport.
We offer a full-time role (8-10 hours per day) Monday through Friday with a competitive salary of up to £50,000.
The Role
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring vans are dispatched on time with the correct goods
- Manage stock control, receiving, and storage.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards and keep the warehouse clean and organised.
- Improve space usage and workflow efficiency.
- Lead and support the team with regular performance reviews.
- Monitor waste, control costs, and manage the warehouse budget.
- Assist with hiring and staff training to maintain strong performance.
What you need
- Leadership experience in warehouse management (minimum of 3 years).
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- IOSH (Managing Safely), Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 2/3.
- Experience with LEAN methodology and P&L accountability.
