Technical Support Engineer
£28,000 P/A

Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer from an Engineering, or similar industry background?
Would you describe yourself as a hard-working individual who likes to get stuck in?
Attega Group are in search for a Technical Support Engineer.
In return, we are offering a basic salary of up to £28,000 P/A and various company benefits including 25 days holidays + bank holidays and more.
Duties for this role will include:
- Being the first point of call for technical queries to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve machine faults over the phone
- Provide technical support to the clients, service team and engineers
- To provide detailed information of helpdesk enquires to the service, team to ensure appropriate action is taken
The ideal candidate must be experienced within Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or similar background.
- Excellent task management skills and attention to detail
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and ‘fixing’ skills
It would also be required for this candidate to have a full UK driving license.
