As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes across different subjects and year groups, ensuring students remain on task and complete the work set by their teachers. • Oversee and manage students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring they follow lesson plans and complete assigned work.
• Maintain an orderly, focused learning environment, addressing any behavioral issues in accordance with the school's behavior policy.
• Assist students by answering their questions, clarifying instructions, and offering guidance to help them complete their tasks effectively.

• Previous experience working in a school or with young people is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a classroom and engage with students, staff, and parents.
