Job Title: Curriculum Leader for Science

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 Annually (FTE) plus TLR 2c (£8,279)

Are you a passionate and motivated educator looking to step into a leadership role? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Leader for Science to join a thriving middle leadership team at a well-regarded school in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Science curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Support and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative approach to education.
  • Work closely with the Trust Curriculum Lead for Science during your transition into the role.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students aged 11-16.
  • Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the Science department.
