Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bedded children’s home in CV1 Coventry,for an established company supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills to join a supportive and forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it complies with Ofsted regulations and provides high-quality care.
- Staff Development: Support, mentor, and lead your team, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best care to the young people.
- Safeguarding: Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and oversee individual care plans for young people, ensuring their needs are met in a therapeutic environment.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of care and compliance, ensuring excellent outcomes for inspections and performance reviews.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a residential childcare setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practices in children’s residential care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
