Role: 3rd Line MSP Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 DOE

Job Description:

We are working with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Central Liverpool, who work with a variety of industries across Merseyside with all aspects of IT.

We are looking for a senior dedicated and driven 3rd Line Engineer who has a wealth of experience within IT Support and preferably MSP or IT Consultancy environment.

Role responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional IT support to a range of clients
• Assist in the design, implementation and security of WAN, LAN and Cloud.
• Hardware and software issues
• Mentoring/training junior team members
• Troubleshoot escalated issues/incidents through to resolution
• To support and maintain operating systems
• Work on client projects, managing and supporting
• Liase with 3rd parties when applicable

Technical requirements:

• Minimum years demonstratable experience in IT
• Experience installing and configuring IT Systems
• Office 365 & Applications
• VoIP / Connectivity - troubleshooting
• Routers, Switch firewall installations/configurations
• MS Server, Clustering
• Anti-virus technologies
• AD, Group Policies
• Hyper/V & VMware
• SQL Troubleshooting

Please note - Full UK Driving Licence is required.
