I have an exciting opportunity, providing Managerial support for the Customer Success Team in a consulting company. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-orientated and passionate about data and driving sales. This is a dynamic position whereby you will be challenged and have opportunities to grow within the company.
What you'll do
- Maintain client relationships and build new relationships
- Project and outcome management
- Reporting duties which include presenting to clients
- Client retention and success management
- Work closely with other teams
- At least 2 years’ experience within digital marketing ideally in B2B within a consultancy or professional service
- Sales focused
- Tech savvy, essential within Google Workspace
- Management experience
