To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Factory Administrator to come and join our team at our Chailey factory in Lewes, BN8 4BA

Job role:

As the Factory Administrator, you will be responsible for secretarial and administrative support for the factory team.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure all statutory obligations, company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to, at all times.

General reception and telephone duties and general administration duties to support the needs of the factory.

Greeting all visitors, contractors and lorry drivers and ensure that they comply with the site health and safety rules.

Accurate inputting of daily factory production numbers and submitting weekly and monthly reports.

Despatch Admin

Ordering and management of the sites PPE supplies

Collating and filing of health and safety paperwork and updating of factory notice boards.

Skills and Experience:

An outstanding team player who is flexible and has an enthusiastic attitude to work.

Has strong communication skills.

Good level of computer literacy and numeric skills and a competent user of all Microsoft applications

Has strong self-discipline and able to multi-task, and good attention to detail.
