We have a fantastic opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant in Slough! This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with students, helping them access the curriculum and engage in classroom activities in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, working one-on-one or in small groups to assist with their learning.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualized learning plans.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment that meets each child’s unique needs and promotes their growth.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback and support to build their confidence and independence.
